Environs Inc. worked with RGA Office of Architectural Design Inc. and XEBEC Building Company on the Ada Development Expansion Facility on Ada Ave. in the City of Montclair, CA. The 6 acre site features  a lush WQMP Bioswale on Ada Avenue. The industrial location is adjacent to a residential neighborhood, mandating that the landscape be both functional and visually aesthetic.
