Industry Business Center is a 600 acre Industrial development located in the City of Industry. 200 of these acres are comprised of: a native habitat preserve, native/drought tolerant plantings, street scape, entry monumentation, and large WQMP Basins. Environs Inc. has been working with the City of Industry as well as the Successor Agency to the Industry Urban Development Agency to develop this site.
