This property is a 155 acre Industrial Center with a small retail component located on Euclid Ave. & Kimball Ave., in Chino California. Currently, this development features two large Fulfillment Centers owned by Walmart. On Kimball Ave. there are several large WQMP Detention Basins that assimilate well into the project and are visually appealing to the heavily traveled cross streets.
